- Monitor and record vital signs as needed, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain cleanliness in the client's living environment to promote health and safety.
- Help clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their comfort during transitions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall well-being.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records as required.
- Assist with hospice care when necessary, ensuring dignity and respect for clients at all stages of life.
