- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and maintaining a clean living space.
- Document medical information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
- Assist clients with memory care strategies to support cognitive function.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding client status and any changes in condition.
Requirements
- Prior experience in home health care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of basic medical documentation practices.
