Duties

- Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, including memory care strategies.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
Skills
- Experience in nursing home, assisted living, or home health settings is preferred.
