Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Capstone Home Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, manage relationships with referral sources in the community and drive engagement. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a focus on ability to develop and build strong, long lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
• Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
• Create engaging content for various platforms including websites, blogs, and social media.
• Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectivness of sales activity.
• Support business developmen activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
• At least two years recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health care.
• Establish healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
• Experience in content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
