Responsibilities
Client Advocacy : Provide exceptional service to our customers by understanding their insurance needs and advocating for their best interests.
Inquiry Response : Promptly address client inquiries and provide accurate information about their policies and coverage options.
Policy Management : Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Issue Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Continuous Improvement : Regularly seek client feedback and work with the team to implement improvements to our service processes.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Property & Casualty License in Minnesota is required.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance consulting or customer service is highly preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Customer-Focused : A strong commitment to meeting and delighting client needs.
Problem Solving : Demonstrated ability to address and solve issues efficiently.
Tech Proficiency : Comfort with using CRM systems and other related technology tools.
