The Team :
The Product Development team works with various stakeholders across the firm to help launch new strategies and design bespoke mandates on behalf of prospective and current institutional investors. The team also assists with content development of research pieces and market insights published by the firm. The Product Development team sits within the broader Investor Relations team who maintains marketing materials and caters to existing investors across the firm's client base.
Responsibilities and Impact :
- Assist with new product development through the creation of strategy pitchbooks and market analysis
- Create detailed strategy writeups and maintain updates as the market opportunity shifts and investor inquiries are received
- Engage in the entire lifecycle of a product from initial development to implementation
- Conduct research on peers within the hedge fund industry to identify market trends and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders across the firm
- Be involved in the publication of market research and thought leadership pieces by providing high quality feedback and edits

The applicable base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 USD. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
