Job Summary –
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Carrier Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in carrier sales within the freight brokerage sector, demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, and have a deep understanding of transportation logistics. This role is crucial in expanding our carrier network, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Carrier Acquisition & Relationship Management :
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new carriers to expand the company’s transportation network.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing carriers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
