The Opportunity
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and familiar with warehouse operations? As a Vendor Compliance Auditor, you’ll ensure that inbound and outbound freight meets Capstone’s quality and safety standards. You’ll become an expert in our proprietary Vendor Compliance Program and serve as the primary contact for partners on compliance-related matters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Audit inbound and outbound pallets of freight to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and inventory standards.
- Document and address any violations using a tablet, including taking high-quality photos and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support compliance tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with site leadership to identify and resolve compliance issues while supporting warehouse operations.
- Uphold sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
