The Opportunity
- Raise site performance through efficient operations and safety practices.
- Manage daily financial transactions, including deposits and labor reports.
- Document and address customer service or associate issues promptly.
- Ensure associates follow policies and work rules, prioritizing safety.
- Lead weekly safety meetings and maintain associate participation.
- Assist in managing departmental budget.
- Schedule shifts based on customer requirements.
- Train, coach, and mentor new associates.
- Supervise timely data entry for services performed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Flexibility with shift start times and days worked, including weekends and holidays.
- 3 years of industrial management experience.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor associates.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Capacity to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and directing workforce in a dynamic environment.
- Intermediate PC skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
