The Job Description
- Oversee the daily activities of the warehouse crew, focusing on safety and productivity.
- Manage site finances, ensuring accurate bank deposits and financial reporting.
- Create and distribute daily work logs, auditing labor and billing reports for accuracy.
- Evaluate customer needs and respond promptly to their requirements.
- Address any customer service or associate issues in a timely manner.
- Enforce company policies and work rules, emphasizing safe practices.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and promote associate engagement.
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning for the site and department.
- Schedule associate shifts to meet customer demands.
- Recruit, train, and develop new associates.
- Supervise accurate data entry for services rendered.
- Complete daily closeout procedures, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll administration.
Key Requirements
- Ability to adapt to varying schedules and days worked.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in an industrial setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
