Operations Associate - Warehouse Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced warehouse professional to join our team at Capstone Logistics. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of products throughout our facilities.

• Select and process products in the warehouse using various equipment such as electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, and forklifts.
• Utilize voice commands, RF scanners, or manual tickets to accurately track and record product movements.

• At least 2 years of experience operating ride-on electric pallet jacks with high productivity and efficiency.
• A high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, focusing on quality and accuracy.
• Self-motivated with a flexible schedule to accommodate changing operational needs, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Accurate data entry and administrative task management skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and concrete flooring, maintaining a safe working condition.
