As a Warehouse Selector at Capstone Logistics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient selection and movement of products throughout our warehouse. This is a dynamic position that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Selecting products throughout the warehouse using warehouse equipment such as single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts
- Utilizing VoCollect, RF Scan-guns, or reading manual tickets to accurately track inventory
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- 2 years of experience operating ride-on electric pallet jack
- A high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to make independent decisions and work effectively with limited supervision
- Flexible schedule due to changing operational needs
- Able to provide accurate entry of data and handle administrative tasks as assigned
- Comfortable working in an office and warehouse environment (concrete flooring and varying temperatures)
- Able to walk throughout the warehouse during shifts
