POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for (including but not limited to) all aspects of verifying parts ordered for specific maintenance jobs, projects, and outages. All parts ordered will be verified as to correctness of part, correct amount of parts, and that the part is on site. Once verified these parts will be kitted by job, project, or outage and staged appropriately for the execution of the job. Once verification, kitting and staging is complete, check off sheet is given to execution as a means of communication that job is ready for them to proceed. This position will also ensure all repair and return equipment is properly tagged and delivered to warehouse along with shipping papers. All unused parts will be gathered up and amounts given to planner to change on the work order and then returned to the warehouse. The Parts Coordinator will also be accountable to work with the warehouse on parts delivery and maintaining and organizing lay day yards. The Parts Coordinator will also be responsible to be used as the fill in short term planner covering for planner vacations and absences.

N / APOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all parts are verified as to correctness, and amount before job is executed. procedures.Kit all verified parts as to job and stage at appropriate areas for the execution of work.Communicate status of parts orders with planners and execution personnel.Deliver all repair and return equipment with proper shipping papers to warehouse.Partner with Processing Maintenance Supervisors and crews in the field to ensure proper staging for each job.Make warehouse runs to pick up parts for unidentified parts for planned work and bring to proper staging area and track these unplanned parts orders to aid in future planningLearn the planning routine and philosophies to provide back up for planning duties during planner absences. input into long-term planning (3 month rolling plan, 5 year plan, etc.) and achieve goals and targets for the Mine Maintenance planning sub-functions in line with those plans (2 year budget and short-range forecast, etc.).Ensure equipment servicing is scheduled in accordance with intervals and standards.Prepare unused parts for return to warehouse and deliver to warehouse for credit.Clean and maintain all parts laydown yards and staging areas.Engage and support planners in ordering parts, developing work plans and learn planning duties.Manage the SAP Maintenance Management System work order and maintenance tracking system (as required).Assist in invoice reviews and payment approvals (as required).POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
Knowledge of maintenance / planning and scheduling, preferably in a mining environment.Knowledge of theories and practices of maintenance / planning and scheduling.Experience and knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance processes and practices.Experienced maintenance planner / scheduler, craftsperson, maintenance supervisor, engineer, or have equivalent background and experience.Key Competencies / Skills
Minimum of one year of maintenance execution or planning.Trained in forklift operation.Successfully completed in-house testing and certifications when required.Proven ability to operate independently and in small multi-discipline teams, demonstrated leadership skills, and be self-motivated.Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.Strong time management skills required.Computer skills, spreadsheets (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Power Point).SAP experience.Valid Arizona Driver's LicenseAble to speak, comprehend, read, and write EnglishWORK ENVIRONMENT
80% of the Maintenance Planning Parts Coordinator’s time will be spent working on parts verification, kitting, delivery and staging, and returning parts to warehouse. With the remaining 20% spent learning the planner / scheduler role.
