POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for identifying and managing potential business risks to the mine site operation, as well as developing equipment maintenance strategies for the Pinto Valley Mine. This reliability professional also plays a key role in leading diverse defect elimination and improvement programs by identifying, scoping, managing and monitoring plans to completion by using innovative and effective engineering approaches. This position works closely with the maintenance, operations, supply chain and assets & engineering teams at Pinto Valley as well as with suppliers, contractors and consultants to monitor performance, reduce risk and improve asset reliability.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
As an employee of the Capstone Copper Assets & Engineering Department your key responsibilities are aligned with the Capstone Copper Asset Management Framework (AMF) Elements. You will be required to develop a clear understanding of the Capstone Copper AMF Standards relevant to your role and ensure they are applied within your area of responsibility.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
