QUALIFICATIONS: - HVAC certification and/or experience preferred, but not necessary. Organized & Detail Oriented - Strong Punch-out/ Make Ready experience - Electrical & plumbing skills/troubleshooting ability - Strong customer service skills - Positive, team-oriented attitude - Prior experience in multi-family housing- On-call required (weekends included) - Above average communication & customer service skills necessary - Positive / "Can Do" attitude Competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits package.
