Apartment Maintenance Technician

Great career opportunity for a motivated Residential Maintenance Technician for our property North Chase Apartments located in Wilmington, NC. Driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must have property maintenance experience, HVAC experience preferred. Rate of pay based on experience level.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Organized & Detail Oriented - Strong Punch-out/Make Ready experience - Electrical & plumbing skills/troubleshooting ability - Strong customer service skills - Positive, team-oriented attitude - Prior experience in multi-family housing experience required and HVAC experience preferred - On-call required (weekends included) - Above average communication & customer service skills necessary - Positive / "Can Do" attitude Competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits package. Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
