Job Title: Student Maintenance Assistant
Reports To: Custodial Maintenance Lead
Location: Campus Corner Apartments at Green River College
Compensation: $17.09 per hour for up to 32-hours a week. Position not eligible for benefits
FLSA Status: Student Non-Exempt

Summary:
A Student Maintenance Assistant is responsible for assisting with the preventative maintenance tasks in the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of the grounds.
- Replacing air filters.
- Replacing smoke detector and thermostat batteries.
- Replacing light bulbs.
- Distributing items to apartments.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Current student at Green River College
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and navigate up and downstairs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in verbal communication.
- Possess strong customer service skills.
- Must have troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
