About the Role :
Our client is seeking a Cost Manager / Financial Analyst with strong client-facing skills, a deep understanding of accounting, and expertise in data analysis and visualization. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can collect, manage, and analyze vendor spend data while developing reporting tools to provide insights that inform budgeting decisions and explain budget variances.
Key Responsibilities :
- Vendor invoice, accrual, and forecast reporting
- Purchase order (PO) data management and analysis
- Creation and maintenance of financial data visualizations & dashboards
- Monthly reporting and cost reconciliations
- Budget variance reporting and analysis
- Tracking vendor savings and efficiency improvements
- Quality assurance / control of project data
- Ad-hoc cost analysis and reporting
