Well-oiled practice w / 10 year history
General Dentistry
Current Dentist (solo shareholder) owns building equipment
Quick path to ownership (within 2-3 years)
1.5M to $2M annual practice revenue
Annual earnings of $700k or more (ownership level)
Excellent office manager, 4 RDH's, 4 DA's, plus access to dental-specific CPA
Mon-Thurs schedule & 10-20 patients per day
9 operatories & ability to expand to 12
400-500 new patients in each of the past 2 years
Ideal candidate will offer general dentistry root canals, simple ortho, minimal sedation
Negotiable starting / relocation stipend
