We have an immediate opening for an IBCS Hardware Program Integrator who will support the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) in Huntsville, AL. Salary for this position will depend on experience.
Position Description: Responsibilities Include: Serve as a Senior Acquisition Analyst for the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO), which is responsible for the rapid and efficient research, development, prototyping, testing, evaluation, procurement, transition, and/or fielding of critical enabling technologies and capabilities that address near-term and mid-term threats. Primary responsibility will be in support of project office operations, which include:
Responsibilities:
- Provide counsel to government customers on developing and refining acquisition pathways for prototypes and ensuring external stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Maintain visibility on the status of cost, performance, and schedule of Integrated Fires Protection Capability - High Energy Laser and High-Powered Microwave programs.
- Attend and participate in organizational staff calls, stand-ups, project office tag-ups, working groups, IPRs, or similar events; capture, assess, and monitor action items from meetings and engage in the resolution process; and propose responses to inquiries based on assigned actions.
- Prepare notes or after-action summaries, track action items, and make recommendations on response for closure.
- Assist with daily office operations and prioritization of events based on known activities or guidance provided, such as synchronization and integration of events and activities for RCCTO through coordination, consolidation, and collaboration of information.
- Draft responses to internal and external taskers, RFIs, Congressional delegations, and other key stakeholders.
- Support program updates, develop executive-level briefings, and coordinate documents (e.g., white papers).
- Brief senior leadership within RCCTO, the Army, and other service partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Active Secret Clearance
- DAU Project Manager (PM) Level II or Practitioner
- 10 years of acquisition experience with major defense programs
- Knowledge of DoD 5000 and JCIDS processes and tailoring methodologies
- Experience developing information papers and decision briefings
- Experience serving and managing mission/information demands of executive members of the Army or DoD staff
Additional Desired Experience:
- DAU PM Level III or Advanced
- Previous Department of the Army Systems Coordinator (DASC) Experience
- Experience with Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
