We have an immediate opening for a Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk at our corporate office in Huntsville, AL. This role will provide seamless front-desk operations and efficient data management in support of our Contracts Department. This is a front-facing role requiring professional appearance and attitude. The individual will work in an office environment with standard full-time business hours.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain the breakroom, reception area, and meeting spaces ensuring they are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room usage.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Assist Contracts Administrator with accurate input, updates, and maintenance of data in company databases, spreadsheets, and records.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Assist with filing and organizing physical and digital documents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
