Real Estate Attorney / Assistant General Counsel

Responsibilities :
Work with private equity investment team and its portfolio companies.
Conduct acquisitions of real estate and communication infrastructure (towers).
Manage outside counsel on real estate transactions.
Interact with portfolio companies on best practices.
REQUIRED Qualifications :
3 - 10 years commercial real estate transactional experience. (Compensation is commensurate with experience.)
Outstanding academic credentials.
Impeccable reputation for integrity.
Willing to work in our Chagrin Falls, Ohio office (i.e., this is not a remote position although there may be flexible arrangements discussed for the right candidate)
Additional Qualifications (pluses, but not required) :
Communication infrastructure (towers) experience.
Private equity experience.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Foreign language proficiency.
