Real Estate Transactional Paralegal
Our client is a Cleveland, suburban boutique law firm that is seeking to hire a full-time legal assistant / paralegal with real estate transactions experience.
The expected work hours for legal support professionals at this firm are either 8 : 00-4 : 30 or 8 : 30-5 : 00; one hour lunch break. The staff work 37.5 hours / week. The hired paralegal is eligible for health insurance on day one (if hired in) and 401(k) after one year.
Salary : Depends very much on the experience level of the applicant.
Job Description :
The qualified candidate will be a paralegal who has experience in real estate and corporate transactional matters, such as leases, amendments, etc.
Excellent computer skills, communication skills and extreme attention to detail are required for success in this role.
