We are seeking a dynamic candidate with a proven background in the broker distribution model to establish enduring partnerships and sell innovative benefit solutions and technologies, including HSA, HRA, FSA, COBRA, and more. Strong experience in implementing solutions for mid-sized accounts (100-2,000 employees) is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue growth by collaborating with health insurance brokers, benefit consultants, general agencies, and registered investment advisors.
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions, establish clear contracts, address objections, and successfully close employer business deals.
- Engage in proactive inbound and outbound phone and email discussions with prospective broker partners.
- Work alongside marketing and product teams to effectively execute the sales strategy as new product enhancements and releases occur.

100-125,000 bonus a comprehensive benefits package.
