About the Role
100% remote job opening with one of the country’s largest insurance brokers that’s looking to hire an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Supporting their North Carolina sales teams, you’ll work middle market accounts across various industries.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Remarket current accounts during the renewal period
- Quote policies and process changes online through insurance company websites
- Daily activity follow up and correspondence with clients, producers and insurance company underwriters
- Process auto ID cards, new & renewal policies, endorsements, cancellations, audits, claims, and loss runs
- Update applications, Acord forms, and supplemental applications
Skills & Experience
Minimum five (5) years of commercial insurance client service experience, in particular working with multiple commercial insurance company rating platforms as well as lines of business ranging from GCL, property, BOP, and commercial auto to umbrella and work comp.
Job Specs
Location: 100% remote, work-from-home opportunities available for candidates in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama. Must be willing to work EST hours.
