About the Role
Hybrid insurance job opening (3 days / week in the office) working in one of three locations : Birmingham, AL; Montgomery, AL; or Kennesaw, GA. Join one of the Southeast's oldest insurance brokers as a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager . The company is committed to setting a standard of excellence and client service which often starts through the relationships forged by the client service staff.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will :
- Work closely with producers and marketers to manage monitor insurance programs, strategize about renewals, monitor claims statuses, and handle escalated customer service issues
- Liaise with external partners like underwriters and brokers as well as the client to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more
