Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for attorneys and legal staff, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive market.
- Partner with Leadership: Work closely with firm leadership to understand staffing needs, growth plans, and firm culture to ensure recruitment efforts align with strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For:
- Law Firm Background: A minimum of 7 years of experience in legal recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates with direct law firm experience.
