Job Summary
We are seeking a QA Document Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team. This role offers exposure to all facets of Quality, including document control, complaint resolution, root cause investigations, corrective action development, quality audits, material setup in ERP (SAP), data analysis, and material release processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage material setup and maintenance within the SAP ERP system.
- Oversee document control processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continual improvements.
- Coordinate and submit lab samples for new material testing and retesting.
- Handle recertification requests and ensure timely processing.
- Execute material releases through the ERP system.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and internal nonconformances.
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in specification creation and revisions for materials and processes.
- Troubleshoot SAP shipment issues and CoA (Certificate of Analysis) failures.
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Complete customer surveys, questionnaires, and specification reviews.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance quality processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards (auditor certification is a plus).
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset, inquisitive, and analytical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to handle documentation and reporting.
