Job Description
- Managing U.S., International (PCT), and foreign patent applications, from initial filings to post-registration changes, ensuring seamless and efficient processes by preparing, filing, and managing formal documents, reassignments, certificates of correction, security interest agreements, and more.
- Drafting and sending correspondence to clients and foreign associates, keeping all stakeholders informed of case progress and deadlines and conducting research on patent records and related documentation, summarizing findings with precision and clarity.
- Utilizing cutting-edge docketing software to maintain meticulous records, approve deadlines, and generate patent property reports.
- Ensuring the organization of patent files and overseeing their lifecycle, from creation to destruction, with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Providing cost estimates for international filings and national phase applications using specialized tools.
- Collaborating with docketing staff and attorneys to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications

- Technical Savvy: Proficient in patent filing software (e.g., USPTO e-filing, e-PCT), docketing systems (Foundation IP or similar), and office tools like Excel and Word.
