What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at Capstone, Talent Launch?

supervisor. The ideal candidate has shop floor and production experience managing a
team of skilled tradesmen. If you are motivated, able to multitask, can make decisions

Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing supervisory experience
- Experience leading a team of at least 15 people
- Basic computer skills
- Work order and employee scheduling experience
- Planning and scheduling weekly workloads
- Blueprint reading, inspection, overhead crane & shipping / receiving experience
- Good leadership skills with the ability to hold people accountable
- Good communication & organizational skills
