Compensation : 80000 - 110000

FUNCTION : Manage Quality Assurance Departments. Make all final quality decisions regarding

products. Provide work direction, as needed, for Quality Associates and work on projects focused on

increasing the level of quality parts.

• Monitor, track and report Cost of Poor Quality for your individual plant
• Effective use of continual improvements as drivers to reduce Cost of Poor Quality, increase

process efficiencies and promote customer satisfaction
