People Analytics Principal
- Preference (though flexible) is Hybrid w / 2-3 days in-office (Manhattan, San Francisco, or Lehi)

- Pay Rate : $90 / hour W2 (no C2C, must be able to do W2 from start of engagement)

Our Peer-to-Peer lending client is looking to hire a People Analytics Principal to be a part of the People Success team. In this role, you'll get to define how People Analytics is realized at a company that is hungry for data and insights about its workforce. Reporting into the CPO, working closely with others on the People Success team, you will be responsible for providing forward-thinking, innovative, and just-in-time analysis and insight for our business leaders on their people.
You will lead the evolution of core reporting tools in Workday & Tableau. Use Discovery Boards, Dashboards and tailored presentations to give updates and insights on recruitment and retention efforts. This opportunity will capitalize on your quantitative and creative skill sets, spanning data analysis and storytelling. Strong technical skills are required including understanding Workday reporting and functionality as well as Tableau mastery. You will embody a working style which includes thought leadership, flexibility, confidence balanced with humility, and a true sense of ownership will be necessary as you are the go-to for all things People Data.
What Youll Do
Drive business outcomes thru pro-active and innovative people forecasting, quantitative models, and insight-driven presentations shared with the CPO
Convert conversations with the CPO into user-friendly data tools that are accessible to technical and non-technical audiences
Build, create and maintain reports and dashboards analytics infrastructure to identify macro and micro trends
Maintain model & system documentation
Ensure data integrity by understanding business workflows and back-end data structure
Manage any centralized recruiting-related survey distribution and reporting
Extract necessary data and utilize Workday, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint to analyze the results and present the relevant business insights to clients
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to assist with problem solving
About You
4 years of experience preferably working cross-functionally at a management consulting firm, technology company, and / or in an analytically oriented role
Bachelors degree in a related field of study; or equivalent work experience
Advanced level Excel and data management skills
Tableau / SQL / SAS / R / SPSS / Programming experience
Experience with Workday reporting, dashboard and compensation module
Strong analytical skills are required to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports and metrics
Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to develop and present insightful presentation decks to senior audience
