· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and evaluate equipment, operational sequences, and material flows to determine employee job functions.
· Work closely with various stakeholders to improve product quality, reduce scrap, and increase machine uptime by implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
