**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Industrial and Process Improvement initiatives to enhance plant KPIs.
- Participate in equipment specification, selection, layout, and installation.
- Maintain a list of equipment suppliers, identify new ones, and verify capabilities.
- Support cross-functional departments within the manufacturing facility by providing technical expertise and leadership.
- Develop and establish best manufacturing practices, standards, processes, procedures, and ensure effective implementation and ongoing review.
- Evaluate equipment, operational sequences, and material flows to determine employee job functions and identify opportunities for automation.
- Work to improve product quality, reduce scrap, and increase machine uptime through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2-5 years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of World Class Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodology, etc.
