Job Description
This role will be responsible for leading Plant Production and the Manufacturing Engineering function, implementing world-class processes to improve plant KPIs and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of (4) salaried direct reports in an 80-employee foundry environment.
- Complete ownership over the plant manufacturing/production function.
- Establishing production KPIs and deliverables.
- Directing department process improvements and corrective actions.
- Providing key input into the development of the department strategic business plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical field preferred.
- At least 2-5 years of Operations/Production/Engineering leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Continuous Improvement.
- Metals/Foundry manufacturing experience preferred.
Benefits
$135,000-$150,000 base salary plus bonus.
