An established manufacturing and services organization is actively seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing team. This person would be responsible for leading the talent acquisition team and developing the recruiting strategy for multiple manufacturing and service based companies.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop the talent strategy as well as implementing all talent programs across multiple divisions and business units.
- Being a subject matter expert, guiding executives and senior administration related to talent, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives aligned to business objectives
- Facilitating the development of organizational and functional competencies
- Directing the design, development, and implementation of talent and organizational effectiveness programs.
- Partners with and support department managers with workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
- Acts as a business partner and advisor to the Executive Leadership Team.
