An industry leading aerospace manufacturing supplier is actively seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to oversee their plant maintenance and reliability team. This person will be responsible for leading the plant maintenance and reliability function while reporting directly to the Plant General Manager.
Essential Functions :
- Complete ownership of the Maintenance and Reliability Engineering dept.
- Responsible for the training and development of staff
- Responsible for complete AM / PM schedule of all plant capital equipment
- Develop and deploy maintenance and reliability planning and execution programs for the site.
- Manage all external service providers and relationships with contractors
- Project Management activities inclusive of equipment installations
- Work cross functionally with different internal departments including Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
