We are representing an industry leading manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Staff Accountant for their profitable manufacturing facility. This organization is the industry leader in their respective product line and have a proven track record of success. This position would report to their Sr. Plant Controller.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Oversee and streamline billing and collection processes
- Support team of collections and payables clerks
- Oversee and assist with the cleanup of overdue or short paid invoices
- Maintain various records, ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Responsible for the recordation of Fixed Assets, depreciation schedules and reconciliation of Fixed Assets, Tooling and Other Assets accounts.
- Provides management with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expenditures.
- Conduct variance analysis for multiple departments/programs.
- Assist with the completion of internal and external audits and compliance reporting requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Candidate should be well versed in Excel
- Experience with Epicor Manufacturing ERP Systems preferred
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
