Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in building relationships with clients. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive sales growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage in B2B sales, fostering strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Collaborate with team members on collaborative sales initiatives to achieve targets.
  • Manage territory sales by identifying potential markets and developing strategies to penetrate them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in retail sales efforts, showcasing products effectively to drive purchases.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations and product demos to educate clients about our offerings.
  • Perform cold calling to reach out to potential leads and convert them into customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the Midstream and Production side of the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong skills in upselling and territory management.
  • Excellent collaboration skills for working within a team-oriented environment.
  • Background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience in retail or technical sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform cold calling effectively and confidently engage prospects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 50 per week
