Responsibilities
- Conduct direct sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage in B2B sales, fostering strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Collaborate with team members on collaborative sales initiatives to achieve targets.
- Manage territory sales by identifying potential markets and developing strategies to penetrate them.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in retail sales efforts, showcasing products effectively to drive purchases.
- Conduct technical sales presentations and product demos to educate clients about our offerings.
- Perform cold calling to reach out to potential leads and convert them into customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the Midstream and Production side of the oil and gas industry.
- Strong skills in upselling and territory management.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working within a team-oriented environment.
- Background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in retail or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform cold calling effectively and confidently engage prospects.
