Job Title : BIM Coordinator with Healthcare Experience

Job Overview :

Capsule Manufacturing is seeking an experienced BIM coordinator with Healthcare experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and experience working in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of healthcare construction. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process for our healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage the BIM process for healthcare projects, including creating and updating 3D models, preparing drawings, and ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure all project requirements are met, and BIM models accurately represent the design intent.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project-specific BIM standards, protocols, and procedures.
• Review and evaluate the BIM models and drawings for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Ensure that all project stakeholders have access to the latest BIM information and that all changes are communicated effectively.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM training programs for staff and project partners.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, software, and workflows.
