About the Role
As a Logistics Associate in our Harlem Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in our last-mile delivery operations. Your responsibilities will include :
- Ensuring a seamless, delightful customer delivery experience through effective route management, real-time problem solving, and mastery of various complex computer systems
- Proactive identification of opportunities to improve cost-savings, safety, and compliance with customer delivery operations
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners, including the ability to manage multiple threads at once
