About the Role
As a Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in our last-mile delivery operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring a seamless, delightful customer delivery experience through effective route management, real-time problem solving, and mastery of various complex computer systems
Proactive identification of opportunities to improve cost-savings, safety, and compliance with customer delivery operations
Effective communication with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners, including the ability to manage multiple threads at once
Requirements:
Minimum education of Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience and one to two years of prior dispatch or routing experience
Proficiency in databases with real-time troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to exhibit in fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to exhibit in fast-paced environment
Availability to work the following schedule: Onsite at our Harlem pharmacy located at 122 W 146th St, New York, NY 10039
- Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Monday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
