Insurance Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Support Coordinator to assist in driving sales and supporting agents within an existing Independent Marketing Organization (IMO). This role involves engaging with both new and experienced agents, providing quotes for life insurance and annuities, and conducting virtual presentations to educate and guide agents on available products and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an existing IMO to support and enhance agent performance.
• Proactively reach out to both new and seasoned agents to provide guidance and product support.
• Generate and deliver life insurance and annuity quotes efficiently.
• Conduct Zoom presentations to educate agents on products, sales strategies, and industry updates.
• Assist agents in understanding and utilizing available tools and resources.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure ongoing support and retention.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in insurance sales, marketing, or agent support preferred.
• Knowledge of life insurance and annuity products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in virtual settings.
• Ability to multitask and provide timely responses to agent inquiries.
• Proficiency in using quoting software and Zoom for presentations.
• Self-motivated with a passion for supporting and developing insurance professionals.
