Captain Andy's is currently hiring Raft Crew Members! Are you interested in a job that allows you to work out on one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world?
We are looking for outgoing, fun individuals who love working outside on the water! Boating experience is a plus, but is not required.
Job Requirements:
- Resides on the island of Kaua'i
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Effectively Communicate with Guests, Captains/Crew Members, and Managers.
- Ability to Thrive and Excel in a Fast Past Work Environment
- Ability to Physically Endure All Sea Conditions (not prone to seasickness)
- No history or current issues of spinal, back or neck injuries
- Ability to Lift and Carry 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Available for a Minimum of 5 Days a Week (including weekends and holidays), for shifts ranging from early mornings and to late afternoons
- A strong swimmer
