Captain Andy's is currently seeking applicants for our Catamaran Boat Chef position. Are you interested in a Chef position that allows you to work on one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world?
We are currently looking for a professional FULL TIME Boat Chef for our 65 ft. auxiliary sailing catamarans. This is an absolute dream job for a cook / chef. Whether you are grilling burgers for our Snorkel Tour or Steak and Shrimp for our Sunset Dinner Tour, our oceanfront dining experience is unbeatable! We offer the best "office" view imaginable! Showcase your talent while cooking out on the open ocean surrounded by dolphins and whales. Captain Andy's is the only company with our own kitchen and professional Culinary team, allowing us to offer the freshest, highest quality menus to all of our guests. You will play an integral role in ensuring every one of our guests has the finest dining experience Kauai has to offer, and memories that will last a lifetime.
Requirements
Required Skills / Abilities :
- 1 year culinary experience, preferred but not required
- Able to work on a boat
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have an open and flexible schedule. Must be available on weekends
- Food Handlers / Servsafe certification (we will provide the certification course if needed)
- Constant awareness of safety
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Professional and friendly disposition
- Valid Driver's License
- Sailing, and boating experience, preferred but not required
- Willing to be apart of one of the best teams on Kaua?i
