Join the team of fun seagoing professionals at Capt. Andy's. We offer daily excursions along Kauai's spectacular NaPali coast, snorkeling, dinner and whale watching. We are currently looking for a full time, year-round licensed captain for our fleet of 55 & 65' motor sailing catamarans. The successful applicant must hold a minimum 50-ton USCG Captains license with an auxiliary sail endorsement.
Must be dependable, task oriented, maintenance minded and service oriented. Please have strong communication, crew management, troubleshooting skills and a professional yet friendly disposition.
Captain Andy's is a Kamaaina company, who takes pride in everything we do. Founded in 1984 with one 6-passenger 24' Hawaiian cat, the company has organically grown to become a leader in Hawaiian Marine tours. Our boats are purpose built for us by Gold Coast Yachts, and are expertly maintained. Locally owned and operated by mariners, not accountants, we are looking for you to join the team.
Catamaran Captains start at $40.00 per hour, plus generous tips. Company offers Medical, Dental and a 401k. Please be in Hawaii to apply
