We are seeking a full-time, year-round licensed captain for our fleet of motor sailing catamarans. As a Catamaran Captain, you will be responsible for leading daily excursions along Kauai's spectacular NaPali coast, offering snorkeling, dinner, and whale watching experiences. Your task-oriented and maintenance-minded approach will ensure the success of our tours.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant must hold a minimum 50-ton USCG Captains license with an auxiliary sail endorsement. Additionally, they should possess strong communication, crew management, and troubleshooting skills, as well as a professional yet friendly disposition.
