Your schedule must be flexible for both day and night shifts, along with weekend availability.
Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests checking-in and out
- Answer phone calls and create guest reservations
- Navigate our resort software
- Assist guests with travel itineraries; local awareness of the 1000 Islands
- Manage online booking sites periodically
- Money exchange & maintaining an office bank

Front Desk Skills:
- Exhibits outstanding written and oral communication
- Maintains excellent customer service
- Ability to assess guest issues with a prompt and comfortable solution
- Proficiently works in a face-paced and multi-tasking environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
