What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Attendant position at Capt. Thomson's Resort?
We are looking for seasonal, full time housekeepers with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. Our goal for this position is to enhance customer experience by keeping our guest rooms in outstanding clean and orderly condition. The perfect candidates are self-motivating, responsible, dependable and work efficiently alone.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints and requests
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
- Lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Activities included in your daily routine: bending, reaching, stretching, walking and stair climbing

- Proven working experience in relevant field
