We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our radio station team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and selling advertising solutions to local and regional businesses. You will work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and create customized advertising packages across our station’s programming. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of media sales, and the ability to exceed revenue targets.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Prospect and acquire new clients while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Develop tailored advertising packages to meet client needs.
  • Present advertising opportunities and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure campaign execution.
  • Track and report on sales progress and revenue goals.
  • Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in media or radio advertising.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
